Minor Policy
For clients under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must complete a Minor consent form and must remain in the room during the wellness session. Minors will be properly draped by sheets and/or blankets during sessions and will be required to wear undergarments. The wellness provider will only uncover the part of the body that is being worked on during the session.
