Minor policy agreement

For clients under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must complete a minor consent form and must remain in the room during the massage session. Minors will be properly draped by sheets and/or blankets during massage sessions and will be required to wear undergarments. The massage therapist will only uncover the part of the body that is being worked on during the massage session.

Appointments may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment’s scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ advance notice may be charged a Late Cancellation fee up to the full cost of the booked session as determined by individual studios and by submitting my booking request, I authorize the owner of the selected Elements Massage® studio to charge my credit card on file in the event of such late cancellation.
